And now for Costa Rica.

After a very long day traveling on Friday, we arrived in San Jose and were met by our host there. thank god we organised this cos it was absolute chaos outside the airport....hundreds of folks and lots holding up signs with names...pretty crazy scene. our bnb was very comfortable, and James (from Montreal orginally) was such an amazing help. he arranged for the car rental guy to come to our bnb to arrange the rental.

Getting out of San Jose was pretty tricky, even with gps but we finally made it to our new airbnb. Another long day of traveling...but the place is pretty beautiful. we feel like we are right in the jungle for sure! i woke up at 6am to the sound of the howler monkeys not too far away....pretty crazy sound!
