Red-bellied Woodpecker

At first glance, it seems that this bird should be called a Red-headed woodpecker, but there really is another woodpecker with a solid red head, and this bird pictured really does have a red belly.  Birds can be confusing!  At any rate, he sure is enjoying a good breakfast.  He's been flitting around at the feeder for about an hour.

The 3 Amigos are having an athletic adventure today, although they seem to be hiding behind the balls rather than kicking them around.  Australian Rules Football?  Sounds pretty scary!

Time for the boys to take a quick trip to a different country.  No hints.  You will have to wait and see where they turn up next.  After that, they will return to Australia, to a whole different part of the continent!  Stay tuned...
