Fresh supplies

Hurrah for my oldest childhood friend Eileen! This wonderful box of chocolates (see also the extra) arrived in the post this morning and thus replenished my sick bed supplies.

I'm feeling very tired. However, I have managed to prepare both lunch and dinner for me and Mr hazelh today. I also helped with the supermarket shopping and typed up some notes on salmon disease that my father has asked me to share with researchers at Cardiff University.

Another early night beckons...

Exercise today: post-surgery exercises, a little walking.
