That topsy turvy feeling..

...otherwise known as 'Monday'. 

Nothing like a mirrored reflection to get my week started. 

Today I worked on an application to try to get a place on a thing that's supposed to make you a more thrusting go-getting academic type....A colleague who read an earlier version  told me I'm not very good at selling myself so I revised it, including some shameless boasting lying. I've handed it in so I feel like I've actually achieved something today. I am heading home to cook a celebratory aubergine parmigiana.
