On the Balcony

One of the great things with this time of year is that even though it’s snow and subzero temperatures outside, if the sun is out, we can sit on our glassed-in balcony enjoying fika in the afternoon! It’s because of the bubble plastic insulation that mum takes down later. The sun warms it up and it feels like summer! Cool, huh?

It was the very last day of World Cup cross-country skiing today. The season is over. We’ll miss it! We usually watch it with our friend Heidi and it’s major cosy time. Sigh. It’s our Best Sport.

We did enjoy Crufts too. I think there should be more dog sports on TV. I mean, what if rock jumping was an official sport? I would have a go at it, for sure. Maybe I would even be on YouTube or something?
