House no. 2

Not the one in the photo, but I thought it suited the theme of the day! Hubby and I went and looked round another prospective house today - one that I’ve had my eye on for a while and which has been reduced and is now within our price range. It’s in a close and has no drive, but the neighbours all have an amicable arrangement as to who parks where and can be flexible as required to accommodate visitors etc apparently. We really liked the feel of the house, nice and bright with a smallish garden backing onto a field. Also two super big bedrooms. The kitchen is a bit small but has a double oven built in and room for a dishwasher - big pluses for us! We decided it was 8/10 which is probably the best we can expect on our budget and we will strongly consider this one. A lot better than the last one we saw anyway!
