exciting things

We had snow flurries today, and that has just fueled my excitement about driving to Southern California on Sunday for a four week get away.
The other exciting thing is that I discovered the creative filters inside my new camera. Now I can futz around with my photo before I even download it to the computer! This is the water color filter on a male house finch sitting in the flurries.
