Paul Bocuse

One of the many memorable aspects of this trip has been the wonderful meals we have enjoyed, especially in the 'bouchons' which serve the traditional Lyonnaise cuisine. So it seems very appropriate to include a blip of this sculpture of the famous Lyon chef, Paul Bocuse, who sadly passed away recently.
