Not Impressed

I have started putting a halter on Trudy again (but it's not attached yet) to try and get her used to it in case I need to start using it again.
She is starting to pull more while on her leash again...which makes it difficult to walk her. She does know how to walk properly - when she wants to - but not when something interests her...like people, dogs, sticks, smells...
