Vernal Equinox

And what a day for it. A frosty start followed by fresh, crisp sunshine. We headed to the strand and ate a picnic of cheese and crackers amongst the ruins of the old bardic school, overlooking Dunmanus Bay. 
Off out again. Himself was only treated to beans on toast last night so tonight we are off to the Fish Kitchen and then on to the last arthouse film of the season - A Fantastic Woman - a transgender woman coping with the death of her lover and life in general. I'll report back - if I remember!

Beachcomber149 will try to persuade me that it's the first day of Spring - we in Ireland have had a least 6 weeks of it already as Spring, or Imbolc, comes early here - 1st Feb! Not that you would be entirely convinced.
