The Spring Equinox

And very welcome it is too. 10 degrees this afternoon, phew, positively balmy or is that barmy!
All my garden friends came by to say hello, Mr Blackbird was the first, then a couple of pigeons, at the same time the young squirrel appeared and was trying to dig up a peanut he had buried. A Magpie arrived and did this very humorous walk across the grass to see just what the squirrel was doing. The squirrel wasn't put off, he just carried on hunting out that nut.
