Last Chance Perhaps?...........

........................This hardy Fuchsia may have to be dug up as - as I reported last week - there is a mains water leak in my tiny garden and the Water Board say they may have to excavate about half of the garden to find and repair this leak. I am not looking forward to it, to put it mildly!! This bush is nearly 6ft high and I can't really imagine they will be able to remove it without damaging the roots or even killing it. They say they "make good" but as far as I can understand that only means filling any holes and levelling the soil! So in view of this, I thought it a nice idea to at least have a record of the Fuchsia's existence.

Weather damp and murky but not all that cold
