Trying raw mode

From time to time I take a few shots in raw mode and try to get to grips with raw processing. Usually I don't see much difference between raw-processed and high quality jpegs. However, with this last batch I definitely got a better feel for the controls and can see now how raw could be better. I wouldn't like to have to process dozens of raw images (too time consuming), but a few images of a special subject could be well worth processing. Also, I am using a higher quality 50mm f1.4 lens which must help.
