Afternoon tea .....

.... with a friend ...
We had a cream tea at the local garden centre this afternoon . I hadn't been out with "C" for months so it was great to catch- up.
She has been very ill the likes of which some never recover , she has recovered well and only her memory affected, tho' she can carry a normal conversation . Lots of stress in her life still with an ill husband too. Both have and are fighters so good news all round.
The day has been bright but remains cold, I went to the pool for my usual routine , completed tho' effort was needed .

Grateful ..... that I was able to go to the pool and catch- up with a friend
