Dog- wood!

I love the red stems of the dogwood, but I find it difficult to cut them back!!
I am planning to plant one or two more, this time in the front garden, with white heathers on the ground, as it were.
Off to Poundbury clinic for the results of my MRI scan. Apart from a little arthritis, there is nothing showing up to cause concern, apparently.
But - I was advised to have physiotherapy and to get a soft mattress!
