The man in the bowler hat

This is undoubtedly an emergency blip, but actually a very proud one too. The man in the bowler hat is my late Grandad. He was a Policeman with the GMP for many years. He rose to the rank of Assistant Chief Constable and was awarded the OBE. This book tells the story of one of his many CID cases. He was a lovely, lovely man and an excellent policeman. But to me, he was just grandad, and I miss him. Xx
