Chico 5-4-01 ~ 3-20-18

I've been saving this picture for today.  It was taken last spring when he could still chase his ball and he was looking at me expectantly to throw it for him.  He had a good last day.  He ate bacon and ice cream and enjoyed lots of cuddles and loving words.  His mom and dad and I were with him til the end.  He will be sorely missed.  

Thank you to everyone for comments and gifts on my journal yesterday and today.  I don't have the heart for Blip tonight.

I am grateful that his suffering is over.
