Almost Gone!

When I woke up this morning it was still completely white - we’d had more snow in the night. By noon it was almost all gone as the sun was finally out. It was a beautiful day and snow only remained in the shadows. My car still had a thick layer on it but even that was gone by mid afternoon.

It was mostly an errand day today (and the gym!). It was also a day for getting the suitcase out and getting it packed. I’m finally heading back to work tomorrow (second attempt) after more than 5 months off. I have mixed feelings about it, but my knee is feeling much better than it did a month ago when I was supposed to return. So I’m very thankful for the extra time off.
