Not much luck

getting free cash. After a few tries he gave up and went to the next cash point further along.
I think he is a Hasidic Jew and maybe a Rabbi ? 

We used to have a Synagogue in town.It is now/was a dance studio..

I had run for and missed my bus when I spotted him.
I sneaked a photo but wish now I had asked him to oblige.
A decent photo would have been great provided I could manage to take one.
MD&M was noisy as usual. I did nothing other than drink coffee and chat.
