Bad Kreuznach

Today Werner drove us to Bad Kreuznach for a walk around the town and river Nahe. Bad Kreuznach is a spa town which has 3 houses built in the bridge like in Florence and many hotels for the mind and body!

We then drive to a lovely bar / resturant overlooking the Rhein near Oberwesel.

There are no bridges over the Rhein here so you have to get the ferry to the other side. At over £8 each way it make the Dartford tunnel look very good value!
