Farewell meal

Today has been a tough day emotionally. It started with the news from Las Vegas of the passing of our very dear friend Dick. The final blow was sepsis and pneumonia. He was a GMV camera team member for 12 years.

Then in the afternoon we traveled to Fort Myers to see and interview and video chat with my friend of 35 years, the guy seated in the centre of the photo. We have had parallel lives in the fitness industry and I wanted to record our reminiscences, and his own personal story.

This all went extremely well, followed by a great dinner as his guest. Sadly my friend has stage 4 cancer.
