Sharn

My house is scarily clean but I still found time to make a rag rug yesterday. Took a pic of my leftover ball to show my stitching club how to join the strips of old worn and bleached out sheets. Sheet yarn = sharn. A stupid word like plarn (from plastic bags) or Tarn (from old T-shirts). Now... what shall we call things we crochet from old cassette or video tapes? Repurposed used to just be called cheap and desperate. Now it is an excuse to be a packrat. Do NOT call TLC on me.
