Harry Gow
Whoo hoo the new Harry Gow opened today. It’s just off the A9 our side of the Kessock Bridge. Harry himself was there to open it.It was his 83rd birthday so I’m sure he would have had a good cake, maybe not a dream ring as the 1000 free ones they were giving away to the first customers were gone in a flash !
The premises was due to open last year but a month before it was due to open it was destroyed by a fierce fire so they had to start all over again.
IsleMum and myself popped in to buy some lunch on our way home.
IsleMum picked me up at 9.15am and we headed into Inverness for her dogs to have an MOT, both past with flying colours :)
We then went to The Diary at Daviot for breakfast, stopping to photograph some Highland Cows on the way in.
We had a really good chat catching up on all sorts of news.Lots of things have happened since we last met.
David had his MOT on his bike and that also pasted with flying colours.
Mike and Richard were away so it meant I had the house to myself for an hour.Surprising how much housework I can get done in that hour :))
Ps. The osprey is back at Loch Garten.
