A Day of Memories

Today holds a couple of special memories for us;

2 years ago today we arrived at Heathrow from Johannesburg on a one way ticket, with not a clue what tomorrow would bring.

1 year ago today Aiden took her last Tegretol tablet after being weaned off slowly for a few months.

What progress, you ask, have I made? I have begun to be a friend to myself.
