A quiet day

Dropped Santana at the station this morning for his train to Lancaster.  Yoga was relaxing and calming and I nipped onto the Prom while I was in town to get a blip.  

Meeting in Grange this afternoon and then home for a spot of cooking which I always enjoy.  Red soup is the order of the day.
