Off on a little road trip

On Saturday a message popped up on our car dashboard which said 'DPF cleaning'. Obviously my very lovely owner, Ann, didn't have a clue what that meant, so she asked her very clever nephew, Jack. Long story short. Jack told us to take the car out for a good run.



Sooooo, today we picked up Ann's friend, Susi (who owns Tabitha, the evil cat), and off we went on a little road trip to Duns and Eyemouth.



I love going out for the day. But just look how pathetic I look when Ann tells me to get into the car? I just stand there until she lifts me in. Seriously peeps?!  Do you really think that I haven't got the energy to jump into the car by myself? The sofa is higher than this and I don't have a problem jumping onto that??!!



Anyway, off we went to Duns because Susi lived there about 30 years ago and wanted to have a little reminisence walk about. Wandered about the town and I had a play in the park and then off we went to Eyemouth.



What a lovely little seaside town.


We had lunch in the 'Ship bar/restaurant' and I got my very own bowl of water. Susi fed me some little bits of fish and Ann didn't give me anything and then they took me for a play on the beach.



I've had a lovely day out but I haven't had any sleep time so I'm lying flaked out on the sofa now (see extras). I can't even be bothered to eat my dinner.



…............And for those of you 'Blippers' that think Ann is making an old collie like me do too much......................... tomorrow Ann has to go to work and she also has a lot of socialising to do.  So tomorrow I am just going to have little walks and a lot of sleep time. Yay!!!
