Diagonals

For Abstact Thursday 143.

Almost finished with that scrap quilt, it will be finished this evening and now on to finishing #2. It’s kind of like starting several good books and going back and forth between them - everyone does this, right? Anyway I have until Christmas season to get this one done. It’s a tall Christmas tree and was made by paper piecing all these diagonals using a paper pattern to sew the fabric onto so you’re essentially working inside out. Kind of fun though and now I have to remove all the paper.
