Chef

S went to the UK to cook today. She didn't win but did very well according to her teacher and Mark who went with her. We were really proud of how well she did but also because after she had got her dishes out she noticed a lass in the kitchen who hadn't got any dishes out with only minutes to go. S went back into the kitchen and hleped her so she got all her dishes out (and went on to win).

It was funny taking the food over from Guernsey. We checked and it was allowed but the cream had to be in 100 ml bottles (travel bottles from the pound shop) and fish etc had to go in hand luggage. But S, her teacher and Mark had a giggle when the eggs were spotted on the scanner at security, they were handed back and S had to put them in a little airport plastic bag, they then went back through the scanner!

After the cooking in the morning it was off to Southampton for some retail therapy for S and retail torture for Mark!
