Different kind of chilly

Moving on from the chilly weather to the chilli plants.

Lovely burst of colour in the greenhouse from the Numex Twilight chilli (which scores as high as Tabasco and Cayenne peppers on the Scoville Rating) and the mystery chilli plant.
I have so many chilli's and peppers on my edible terrace now, really need to look into how to preserve them over the winter months as there is only so much curry one can cook and frost is predicted this weekend...
