Inspirational

I had the pleasure today of working at a meeting entitled "Women in Agriculture". The first meeting I have attended in 20 years of working in the agriculture industry that is aimed at women. I was amazed at the work ethic, the positivity, the enthusiasm that this group produced particularly in comparison to the usual meetings that I attend dominated by men.

Are these the farmers of the future?  Afters today's meeting I would like to think so. It certainly drew my attention to the behaviour of men towards women in this industry and has given me much to think about.
