Today I delivered the prestigious John F Roatch 2018 Global Lecture at the Arizona State University Club. The topic was on the global and local implications of “identity “ in development. A prof from ASU have a response. His subject area is Indian Law, and we had a very interesting public discussion on the comparisons between the Outer Hebrides and Indian Territory. Quite a lot, it seems!
