Welcome rain

A day inspecting a rental house abandoned by the tenant and this afternoon hearing "our" choir perform a lovely programme acapella which they are taking to perform in Carnegie Hall very soon.
Heavy rain, thunder and lightening on the way home and a quiet evening ahead.
