Nowruz wheat

My daughter was given this little pot of Nowruz wheat for her birthday (my sister always gives quirky presents). It has grown about four inches in a week. Nowruz is the Iranian new year and these gifts are given for prosperity. We are not Iranian but my sister just loved the idea when she saw this little pot outside one of several Persian/Iranian shops near to where my Mum lives.
