My turn to cook!

Slowly I am being allowed/ forced /encouraged to cook and I enjoy it. The big mystery is how to make everything be completed at the right moment to make the joined up perfect meal!

This is my contribution pre oven today. It’s
Haddock with Pak Choi, broccoli, ginger, garlic and various spices wrapped in a parcel and cooked in the oven.

Mrs UE said it was great but then food is good when someone else cooks it.
