Loo with a View
Loo No. 11 of 10 is an odd one.
It's in what is otherwise a sort-of passage between the main house and the 'Smoking Room'. This wouldn't have been a corridor originally, but nor would it have been a loo. It was all part of the 70's / 80's fiddlings.
We've been mulling on what to do with it for years. We've settled on a good old British compromise. The loo and basin stay, but together at one end of the corridor (as opposed to opposite ends) and we visually hide the loo behind a stub wall such that it disappears when you open the entrance door beside it.
Still a bit of a work in progress.
