A Limerick estate with a notorious reputation made worse by the arrival of Crystal meth .I was out looking at health centres to set up a clinic but I’m not sure I could bear to look out the window and see the horses tethered and neglected . There are 4 massively fat little ponies in this poor quality picture, outside a burnt out council house. There were 20 more round the next corner. A miserable existence for many of the humans and equines.
