Noticed in the flat two above the pub that it was for sale - this would be a dream come true for Andrew a flat of his own and above Brew Dog - only problem is he works in Edinburgh. Maybe he should be looking for a similar property in the Cowgate?? But could he afford the mortgage if he drank all his wages away - sinking the bismarck or looking for trashy blondes ...
