Fremington Quay

British summer time arrived with the extra hour in bed! But a beautiful morning the sun sun shinning at long last. Met Suejay50 down at Fremington Quay, to take Max for a walk on the beach as the tide was out. Took one or two photos, and instead of looking where I was going stepped on a slippy rock and down I went! Banged my elbow, and right thigh! OUCH!! However didn't stop me enjoying a hot chocolate and half a toasted teacake! ;-)
Went out into the garden after lunch, and cut the grass and did a bit of general tidying, a real pleasure being out there without having to be wrapped up against the cold, long may it last :-)
