A beautiful day...

for a walk & cup of tea. Parked at No. 1 son’s flat, and we all walked to the RoyalWilliam Yard, in Plymouth for a cup of tea. This is the view across the water and the extra of the buildings & seats where we enjoyed a lovely cup of tea in the warm sunshine.
