Leaving Sunday noon

Another wonderful sunny and mild spring day in the mountains. However the village game keeper is still bringing hay in boxes he places outside our place under the tree because the deers do not find enough gras yet. Strictly hay only!

Left early to tock off hundreds of small things to be done before we leave for the US at Easter.

Received my cookbooks I ordered with recipes „all done in the oven„. Let‘s see. Tonight I prepared chopped fennel with veal saltimbocca and Terrabianca Campaccio 2008.
