Little Champ

Mr. JC is making great turns on the hill.  A nice wide stance, but actively turning with both his feet.  So much fun to watch!!  He skied a proper red trail yesterday afternoon with some active encouragement and coaching.  Blues and greens are still more his style.

I am guilty of jumping the gun a bit.  Other than the red slope yesterday, I encouraged him to go fast at the bottom  of the hill today on the last run while running straight on a feeder trail.  Who's going to win? Mr JC or CC? go-go-go!  Then, boom!  He was skiing on his helmet and arms and legs were going everywhere.  Face full of snow and screaming bloody murder.  Poor guy!  He twisted his foot in the boot and was pretty upset.  By tonight he was asking to go back on the hill. :)  What a champ!!
