FIRST BLIP

Travelling across North America from its Easternmost point usually means an early start. So long before sunrise today father and daughter set out on the last major trip of, what has been, a very good year for travel: We are off to America to see a favourite Canadian band in concert!

The view from the terminal building towards the tarmac faces East. I had hoped to capture the glow of an imminent sunrise behind the waiting aircraft. But sunrise was still three hours away when we were ready to board.
