School Day

Today was a day off from work and after working 4 days in a row I sure felt like I needed it. Although it wasn't much of a day off. I dropped the kids off at school for 830 am then hung around till 845 to walk with the Kindergarten class to the public library for story time. After we got back to the school a little bit after 10, I hung around a bit more till 1030 when the parent drivers had to meet in the gymnasium.
The whole school was going to a hockey game and since the school doesn't have a bus it relies on parent drivers. So I drove Ava to the hockey game but the kindergartners were not joining till after lunch as it would of been too long of a spell for them. I had to come back to the school and pick up Connor and then drive him to the game. At 1330 I drove both kids back to the school because we had a scheduled speech appointment there. We ended up leaving the school at close to 1500 hours. What a long day!
