‘Village green ’

Had a walk this afternoon to a neighbouring village thinking I might photograph Canigou , the biggest mountain seen from here, with a better foreground than the rooftops that I get from the house. It was cloud covered and not even visible so took some photos around the village, St Colombe de la commanderie , which is a pretty place. This is the view looking from the village and shows just a little snow still on the surrounding hills. Looking in the other direction was rows of vines and a dark stormy sky, but will maybe blip vines another day. Just about got back before it poured.
