Purple Day

March 26th is Purple Day for epilepsy; as someone who knows a few people with epilepsy I think it's important for people to know how to deal with those that suffer from seizures. There's some great info at www.epilepsy.org.uk

I took this photo just after getting home from work early after coughing and sneezing my way into a headache, but before the 2.5hr nap I took! I honestly don't know how it's possible to have so much snot in one's nose....
