Big D Loyalty Box

Slept in till 9am.  Blimey I must have been tired.

But the day has been ok, a good ok.  Big D starts again tomorrow.

A conversation with a friend today has led to the creation of this, my Big D Loyalty Box.  Every time I have a dialysis session, £1 will go in the box, at the end of the year I can have a treat because of dialysis so something good will come from this.

Got a few more ideas for coping strategies, but that will develop over the coming weeks.
