My Little ....

... Chickadee!

I had something in mind for today's Silly Saturday .... but it just didn't work out right. 

This afternoon we went up to the Plainfield Rail Trail to not only check to see if the chipmunks were out but to get in a nice walk.  We didn't see the chipmunk on the start of our walk but we did see one on our way back down the trail. 

We also saw several different bird species .... including a red-bellied woodpecker, white-breasted nuthatches and several different sparrows and finches. And we saw both red squirrels and Eastern grey squirrels!
