Mount Ngauruhoe

Calm and quick (100 minutes) flight home from Rotorua to Christchurch. The mountains looked wonderful as we flew by. This is Mount Ngauruhoe.

Its sister volcano Mount Tongariro erupted earlier this year. Although they look like two mountains Ngauruhoe is actually a second cone of Tongariro.
