ICHR trip

The ICHR took a trip to the defence army Barracks today to see the weapons used and hear from officers who have acted in the former Yugoslavia and Syria. It was amazing to hear from soldiers who later gave evidence in the Former Yugoslavia war crime cases.

We got to see many types of artillery, infantry and mechanical weapons plus how the army engineering clears mines and areas. It was a brilliant day and i'm glad i got to understand international law from a defence force perspective.
