Enchiladas

The first Friday of the pay cycle is the best. I get paid. Usually, I finish work in the morning and don't have to go back for at least two days (often seven). A-nd, best of all, SH comes home from work for a whole week. So, today I made chicken enchiladas. I think the recipe I was following was a little off (that or operator error), but they turned out pretty good. Want to start photographing more food. Probably need to start cooking more first.
